Day 1: Start your Italian food tour in Bologna
Upon arrival, meet your guide who will take you to your hotel. In the afternoon, you will take a walking tour of Bologna. The tour starts in Piazza Maggiore, where the Town Hall and the Podesta Palace are located. First go to Archiginnácio University. Pass through the historic Mercato di Mezzo to St. Go to Ștefan Square and you will reach the two towers.
Day 2: Italian delicacies: Parmigiano Reggiano and Balsamic Vinegar
Today will be a day full of delicious Italian flavors. Day 3: Italian food and ham tasting!
Continue your Italian culinary journey in Parma, where you will learn how to prepare the best traditional Italian recipes with a private cooking class at the renowned Accademia Barilla (Italian Academy of Food). Then visit the Parma ham farm, where an expert explains all the stages of the production of this famous sausage. Before returning to Bologna, stop at Polesine Parmense to sample the famous Culatello di Zibello ham.
Day 4: Pasta Day
Today, let's explore the history and process of Italy's signature pasta! Learn to cook like an Italian under the guidance of an expert. Learn about the ingredients involved and learn how to cook pasta perfectly. The cooking classes are held in Mrs. Boulogne's home kitchen, not in a professional kitchen. You will enjoy working with the local families who attend the classes.
Day 5: Adrenaline-pumping Ferrari day
Today you will experience all things Ferrari. Get to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, near Modena, and browse the museum's cars and artifacts. Afterwards, you will have a private aperitif at the museum where you will meet the Ferrari manager and talk about the car and the history of the company. In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to drive like a professional driver in a Ferrari 458 Italia on the Maranello circuit.
Day 6: Lamborghini Day
Today you will get to know the world of Lamborghini. Today's fun begins at the Lamborghini Museum for an immersive experience that dates back to the company's early achievements in the early 1960s. You can visit the workshop, see the production line and see how beautiful cars are made. In the afternoon, enjoy a Lamborghini Huracan test drive on the factory fast track. Choose your favorite car and fulfill your dreams.
Day 7: Maserati Day
Today we will visit the Maserati Panini Museum in Modena and follow the path of luxury cars with over 100 years of history. Alfieri Maserati and his brothers started the company in 1914 and began using their mechanical expertise after acquiring a small racing car manufacturer in the 1920s. The brothers modeled the trident symbol on the Neptune statue in downtown Bologna.
Day 8: Pagani Day
This morning, your private driver and guide will take you from your hotel lobby to the Pagani Museum and Factory in Modena. Opening the front door adjacent to the modern building, sunlight streams through the upper windows, under flags flying overhead. The showroom features a Pagani Huayra and a Zonda R, with their engines and trunks exposed.
Day 9: Ducati Day
Are you ready to embark on the journey of your life? Today you will experience being a MotoGP rider in exclusive Ducati races on the fast tracks of the world famous motorcycle circuit, the Mugello circuit. You will understand what it is like to be a professional driver with pit stops and all the pit staff. One day includes 5 rounds, with an awards ceremony at the end.
Day 10: Day of departure
Unfortunately, your culinary and fast car tour of Italy has come to an end. After a final breakfast, you will have some free time until your private driver meets you in the hotel lobby and drives you to the airport for your flight home.
