Explore magical national parks and reserves on this exciting Kenya safari. Your adventure begins in Nairobi where you’ll enjoy a morning game drive in Nairobi National Park followed by a visit to the Giraffe Center and meet elephant calves orphaned by poachers at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust orphanage.

Travel from Nairobi to Nyeri, your base for exploring Solio Game Reserve. Embark on morning and afternoon game drives in this exclusive private game reserve that’s home to over 200 rhinos. Drive through the Kenyan highlands to Lake Nakuru National Park, where you have a chance to see pink flamingo, white rhino, waterbuck, giraffe, and impala. Next, on to Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya’s most famous game area, where we’ll be on the lookout for lion, Cape buffalo, gazelle, and cheetah. Lastly, explore Amboseli National Park—known for spectacular views of 19,341-ft Mount Kilimanjaro. Here, you’ll have the chance to spot elephants, wildebeest, hippo, hundreds of bird species, and more. This escorted Africa safari through Kenya is a wildlife lover’s dream-come-true.

Traveller Notes

- Adventure is knocking with everything you need for perfectly affordable touring. Cosmos includes expert Tour Directors and Driver/Guides, hand-selected accommodations, and seamless transportation between destinations including intra-holiday flights—with value-minded travellers in mind. 4-wheel-drive safari vehicles come stocked with fresh, filtered water and equipped with a popup roof for unfettered game viewing and photography. Plus, each vehicle is limited to just six guests, so you’ll always have a window seat! Local Guide on Nairobi sightseeing tour. Enhance your free time to explore like a local with your CosmosGO mobile app!

- The Great Migration is a natural event, and the movements of the migrating herds are difficult to predict year to year. The herds are usually in the Maasai Mara from August to early November. River crossings are more of a challenge, but we’ll adjust game viewing if there is a chance to witness this rare and extraordinary sight!

- All game viewing is done at your own risk. We require a signed liability waiver prior to travel.

- We don’t recommend this holiday to guests with serious back problems due to rough driving on/off road in/between game parks.
