Day 1: Arrive in Italy
Your Italy Classic Tour starts here! Upon arrival, your personal guide will pick you up at the airport. Your private Mercedes will wait for you outside the airport to drive you to the hotel in Rome. Your guide will give you an Italian sim card you can use for free calls, SMS and internet during your stay. In the afternoon, you will go on a private guided tour of the Catacombs of Priscilla - the best-preserved testimony of the vast funerary area that was crossed by the Via Salaria. You will end your day with dinner at a Michelin guide restaurant with an astonishing view of the Colosseum.
Day 2: Cooking Class & Colosseum
You'll start the day with a cooking class featuring a market tour of Rome’s famous Esquilino market, during which you will learn how to cook the best Italian food. In the afternoon, you'll continue to discover Rome starting from Michelangelo’s Campidoglio (Capitoline Hill) where you can look out over the Roman Forum area, then continue to the Imperial Forums and the ruins of the Colosseum. After dinner, you'll discover the “Gianicolo”, a hill with a unique view over Rome.
Day 3: Discover Florence
In the morning, you will meet your guide for a walking tour of the city. Starting in Repubblica square, the heart of the city, you'll visit the Academia Gallery with the famous Michelangelo's masterpiece: The David. You'll also be able to view the museum's other unique pieces, including a room dedicated to Michelangelo. Afterwards, you will continue your visit to the Uffizi Gallery, one of the most beautiful museums in the world before enjoying a perfume-making experience.
Day 4: Tuscany Countryside: Truffles & Wine
This morning, you'll meet up with your “Searching Truffle” tour guide, an expert in gathering truffles from the San Miniato hills and woods. You'll then enjoy a wonderful tasting lunch of Truffles in a real truffle factory. In the afternoon, you will visit a famous winery where a professional sommelier will describe the production of Chianti wine before a delightful tasting!
Day 5: From Florence to Venice
Today, you will reach Florence train station to catch a fast train to Venice. When you arrive, you'll have time to explore the floating city at your own pace. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a leisurely gondola ride through the canals of Venice. Following your Gondola cruise, you will discover the unusual reality of this atypical city and in the meantime, you will relax, with the boat gently floating on the water, the ride will end on the balcony of your restaurant.
Day 6: Discover Venice
Enjoy a walking tour of the city. Venice’s charm lies both in its unique civil engineering achievements, and in the harmony of Eastern and Western artistic styles that have flourished here over the centuries. Your tour highlights include some of the major sites that define the look and history of Venice such as a visit to Doge's Palace, St Mark’s Basilica and St Mark’s Square (Piazza San Marco).
Day 7: Departure Day
After breakfast, you will head to the private boat that will transfer you from the hotel to the airport.
At your departure, you will meet your assistant. She will escort you to the private boat to reach the airport.
